Clay Sandidge, President and CEO
Clay A. Sandidge is a founder of Muni-Fed Energy and serves as the company’s President. He has 30 years of experience in the clean energy, energy efficiency, lighting, engineering, environmental and real estate transaction and development business in California, domestically and globally. Throughout his career he has focused on providing integrated solutions to private industry, ports, utilities, developers, manufacturers and municipal, state, local and federal government clients.
He has engaged in various projects in the alternative energy and energy development arena working with new technology, solar, various wind turbines, energy efficiencies, environmental remediation, Brownfields development, port development, construction management, as well as green building resource and energy resource management. Clay has incorporated the latest technology as well as practical and economical solutions into his projects.
Clay has provided solutions for numerous clients such as the Ports, Municipalities and Private Industry. He is a former president of the Harbor Association of Industry and Commerce, former president of Future Ports and is actively involved with many other local civic associations and philanthorpy in Southern California.
Greg Alexander, PE
Chief Operating Officer
Greg recently joined Muni-Fed Energy, Inc. as Vice President and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Greg brings to Muni-Fed nearly 20 years of analytical and regulatory experience in the public and private sectors. Greg has focused much of his career on the goods movement and power generation industries. Over that time, he has helped clients successfully navigate the regulatory and technical obstacles necessary to reduce air emissions, operating costs, and eliminate inefficiencies. Greg has been deeply involved in emission reduction and electrification strategies for ocean going vessels, cargo handling equipment, and on-road trucks.
As Chief Operating Office for Muni-Fed, Greg is responsible for ensuring the organized delivery of our services to our clients. Greg is closely involved with the Harbor Association of Industry and Commerce and American Association Port Authorities.
Greg holds a BS in Biology from Harvey Mudd College and a MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California. A registered civil engineer, he lives and works in Long Beach, CA.
